Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Design: Execute the full design process from sketching user flows, wireframing, and low-fidelity concepts to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- User-Centric Research & Validation: Analyze user feedback to iterate and refine designs, ensuring pain points are solved effectively
- Design System & Craftsmanship: Build, maintain, and scale the company's Design System in Figma to ensure consistency across all products and platforms
- Design Handoff & Technical Specifications: Prepare comprehensive design specifications and assets for the engineering team, work closely with developers during the "handoff" process to ensure the final implemented product matches the design intent and quality
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Engineers to find creative solutions that balance design quality with development feasibility
- Agile Design Process: Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints planning, daily standups) to manage design tasks and ensure timely delivery of design assets for development cycles
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Product Design, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Product Designer (UI/UX Designer)
- Portfolio (Mandatory): A strong portfolio demonstrating an end-to-end design process is required—from research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. The portfolio must showcase the ability to solve complex problems and feature examples of shipped/launched products
Core Design Skills:
Design Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Figma for all design needs, including auto-layout, prototyping, and team collaboration
Design Systems: Proven experience in building, maintaining, or actively contributing to a Design System to ensure product consistency
Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
