Responsible for developing sales, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, and consistently achieving company sales targets through a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company's products or technologies to customers.
- Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients (field visits).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers (non-technical support).
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to identify needs and trends.
- Provide customers with accurate information and the best possible solutions.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Prepare sales activity reports and customer development updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Work in a mobile environment and engage directly in field activities.
- Willing to travel and be assigned outside the city when required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
- Previous experience in sales or customer relations is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to perform routine field visits.
- Preferably owns a personal device/laptop.
- Having a private vehicle and a valid driving license is an advantage
