Responsible for developing sales, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, and consistently achieving company sales targets through a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company's products or technologies to customers.
  • Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients (field visits).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers (non-technical support).
  • Gather market insights and customer feedback to identify needs and trends.
  • Provide customers with accurate information and the best possible solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Prepare sales activity reports and customer development updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Work in a mobile environment and engage directly in field activities.
  • Willing to travel and be assigned outside the city when required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer relations is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to perform routine field visits.
  • Preferably owns a personal device/laptop.
  • Having a private vehicle and a valid driving license is an advantage
