What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in system or project management (ERP/Odoo background preferred)
Deep understanding of business processes — production, finance, logistics, manufacturing, and HR
Strong leadership and communication skills
Strategic mindset with hands-on technical direction
Willingness to work onsite in Cibuntu, Cibitung – Jawa Barat
