Responsibilities:

  • Run daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from open to close.
  • Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Hire, train, and support the team.
  • Create a welcoming environment.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally.
  • Track sales and expenses.
  • Implement strategies to boost profits.
  • Maintain high food and service quality.
  • Manage supplier relationships and pricing.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 3-5 years in restaurant management or hospitality (F&B business).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Candidates based in Bandung are preferred.
