Job Title - Material Procurement Planner
Location – Cileungsi, Indonesia
The Material Procurement Planner role is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted supply of materials to our customers in SEA sites. This function will be reporting to the Manager for Material Procurement Planning who is based in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and maintain timely material availability by coordinating with production planners to ensure uninterrupted supply to dsm-firmenich customers.
- Develop supply plans based on customer forecasts, adhering to planning parameters and site constraints.
- Collaborate with manufacturing sites to address production constraints and deviations from the supply plan.
- Communicate potential order delays to stakeholders and customers and lead discussions on contingency and service recovery.
- Ensure visibility of orders and manage inventory provisions, including scrap and discrepancies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and handle customer complaints related to supply issues.

You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field from an accredited university.
- 2–5 years of experience in Material Planning with strong understanding of Materials Replenishment Planning concepts.
- Skilled in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with adaptability to changing demands.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; self-directed with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP ERP systems, and strong analytical skills; experience with Kinaxis is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and maintain accuracy under pressure.
