Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in any major

· Excellent written and spoken English

· Familiar with online shopping platforms (Lazada, Shopee, etc.)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

· Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

· Well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team

· Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

· Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and professionalism

· Friendly personality and positive attitude

· Having experience in Logistics, Freight, Forwarding, Import, Export, or Shipping will be considered an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle customer inquiries about products, pricing, and service details

· Process customer orders and ensure timely service delivery

· Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and online platforms

· Monitor customer feedback and maintain good relationships

· Process goods with the team (checking, labeling, packing)

· Prepare and maintain delivery and shipment reports

· Organize warehouse operations and plan efficient delivery schedules

· Coordinate export shipments and update clients regularly

· Collaborate with internal teams (purchasing, finance, and operations)

· Provide service insights and reports to management
