Application Development Officer

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia. Full‑time on‑site role.

The Application Development Officer will oversee and manage the application development lifecycle, coordinating with various departments to ensure applications meet the university’s needs. Day‑to‑day tasks include coding, testing, and debugging applications, collecting user requirements, and collaborating with other IT professionals to optimize software performance.

Application Development Officer

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interview user needs and requirements for applications.
  • Provide application design, including tables, stored procedures, views, user interface, scenario, and mappings.
  • Handle overall application installation to users.

  • Act as an active programmer for related application development projects.
  • Track application development schedule.

Education Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Act as Custody Billing Team Lead, managing end‑to‑end Billing process covering client fee schedule maintenance, invoice generation, billing payment handling, accrual and final billing posting, VAT reporting, monitoring client outstanding billing and escalation, requesting write‑off approvals, managing client monthly statements, performing regulatory reporting and third‑party payment.
