Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for new distributors development in b2b industry, regional market expansion, exploring potential project customer resources and achieving sales targets.

  • Responsible for the orders' fulfillment and payment data accuracy and in time.

  • Conduct market research, analyze market trends, and formulate sales strategies and plans.

  • Business search and visit in all cities of the area and maintain long-term partnerships.

  • Provide high-quality customer service, handle customer complaints and issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Analyze market trends, competitive product information, and customer needs, and provide data-driven business optimization recommendations.

Qualifications

1.Can speak and write in 
English
 smoothly.

  • Work Experience: At least two years of experience in business development/sales, with experience in the furniture industry preferred.

  • Business Competencies: Strong business acumen, the ability to independently complete sales tasks, and possess good data analysis skills and market acumen. Must be familiar with industry trends. For example, in the furniture industry, understanding product characteristics and culture is essential.

  • Communication and Coordination Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to establish good relationships with clients and resolve various business issues.

  • Business Negotiation Skills: Strong business negotiation skills, able to handle complex business relationships and achieve sales targets.

  • Stress Tolerance: Ability to remain calm and manage stress under high pressure.

  • Professional Enthusiasm: Passionate about sales, with a strong interest in the sales industry, strong ambition and self-motivation, and the ability to proactively complete sales tasks.

  • Learning Ability: Excellent learning ability, able to quickly master product knowledge and sales techniques, and adapt to the ever-changing market environment.
