Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage relationships with international key accounts to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams (Production, Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Management).
  • Oversee end-to-end account management, from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with key customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with factory operations to align production capacity with customer requirements.
  • Handle and coordinate shipping duties, including export documentation, compliance, and communication with freight forwarders.
  • Provide regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and growth strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Age 30–45 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development with international customers.
  • Experience in a manufacturing company, particularly in production management or supply chain, will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping, export procedures, and trade compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not essential.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Experience working in a Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) is a plus.
  • Willing to be assigned at Kutorejo (Mojokerto), PIER (Pasuruan), and Mojoagung (Jombang) as needed.
