We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager / Sr. Manager of Brand Management to own the marketing strategy and execution for our key business categories. You will be a
pivotal leader responsible for building strong brand association, driving category growth, and
capturing market share.
You will lead a talented team and work at the intersection of brand strategy, business
analytics, and integrated marketing. If you are a data-driven storyteller with a passion for
understanding customers and a proven track record of success in the e-commerce or digital
landscape, this role is for you. This role is open for a range of levels from Manager to Sr. Manager and the final level will be determined based on your experience, expertise, and overall fit for the role.
What You'll Do:
- End-to-End Category Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive,
data-driven marketing strategies for priority categories to achieve business
objectives, from building awareness and consideration to driving conversion and
loyalty. - Integrated Campaign Management: Orchestrate and lead 360-degree marketing
campaigns. Define the core message, identify the target audience and customer
persona, and determine the optimal channel mix across the full funnel (including
Digital Marketing, CRM, Social Media, PR, and Offline channels). - Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration: Act as the primary marketing
liaison for key category business units. Work closely with Category Managers to
understand business needs and collaborate with Marketing Channel Heads to ensure
seamless and impactful campaign execution. - Customer & Market Insights: Dive deep into market trends, consumer behavior,
and competitive analysis to uncover insights that will inform your category strategy
and messaging. - Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three brand
management professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration,
and continuous learning. Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), track
campaign performance rigorously, and deliver regular reports to senior leadership,
translating data into actionable insights for future initiativesA minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a marketing role,
with a mandatory background in the e-commerce, or similar industries.- A strong understanding of the full marketing funnel
and a variety of marketing disciplines (e.g., Brand Strategy, Performance Marketing,
CRM, Content Marketing, Social Media). - Demonstrated ability to think strategically, translate
business goals into marketing plans, and make data-informed decisions. - Excellent communication, presentation,
and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively
with cross-functional teams and senior leaders. - Prior experience managing a team or leading complex,
high-impact projects is highly desirable. - Comfortable with numbers and skilled in analyzing data to
measure results and inform strategy.
