PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting our client, a trading (automotive) company, in recruiting for the role of Steel 4W Manager (Japanese Speaker)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for Japanese customers, managing communications related to orders, budgets, deliveries, financial matters, and product quality.
- Prepare, analyze, and report budgets to support effective financial planning and decision-making.
- Oversee forecast (FC) and purchase order (PO) collection, conduct data analysis, lead negotiations, and manage inventory control to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor price trends, review and negotiate quotations, and manage accounts receivable (AR) collections to maintain healthy financial operations.
- Supervise claim handling and negotiations, conduct product checks, and ensure customer satisfaction by upholding quality standards.
- Oversee and provide guidance to a team of 10 members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably with Japanese clients.
- Strong skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Solid knowledge of logistics, delivery processes, and inventory control.
- Experience in product quality management and claims handling.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese is a strong advantage.
