Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Bandung. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness and improve marketing efforts. Day-to-day tasks include creating and curating engaging content, developing content strategies, optimizing social media accounts, tracking and analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining effective communication with relevant teams.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
  • Exceptional verbal and written Communication skills
  • Ability to analyze metrics and generate insights for strategy improvement
  • Experience with social media management tools and platforms
  • Understanding of branding and audience engagement best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
