Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Assistant, located in Surabaya. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, coordinating shipping documentation, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Tasks include assisting with operations management, performing data entry and analysis and coordinating shipments.
Basic Qualifications
- English language fluency is compulsory (To be able to Speak well).
- Familiar with MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn and understand in the day to day work environment.
- prior experience in Shipping or Warehousing is added advantage.
