JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior HR who will play a key role in building and strengthening HR foundations across all functions and divisions of Omotesando Indonesia. This role combines strategic HR leadership and hands‑on execution , supporting both organizational structure and people culture as the group continues to grow and integrate its operations.

The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with strong initiative, empathy, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and stakeholders — someone who sees HR not only as administration, but as the core of people development, learning, and culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and implement end‑to‑end HR systems and frameworks across the group.
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition process — recruitment, selection, and onboarding to ensure alignment with company standards and culture.
  • Develop and manage Learning & Development programs to build capability and nurture future leaders.
  • Build and monitor Performance Management systems and feedback mechanisms.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and cultural bridge between leadership and employees.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen internal communication, culture alignment, and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, company regulation, and ethical practices.
  • Contribute to organizational design, change management, and system integration during the group’s transformation.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Non‑manager level only & maximum age 40 years old.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
  • Educational background in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field is strongly preferred.
  • Broad experience across all HR pillars: Talent Acquisition, L&D, Performance, Employee Relations, and HR Systems.
  • Experience in merger, integration, or organizational transformation is a strong plus.
  • Empathetic, adaptable, and confident in managing cross‑division collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, integrity, and initiative; capable of driving progress in a dynamic environment.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices and Indonesian labor law.
