Position: Health Club Supervisor Qualifications:- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel health club or fitness center.
- Professional fitness or personal training certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of gym equipment, preventative maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Experience in managing class schedules, personal training sessions, and membership programs.
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to promote wellness activities.
- Ability to lead and schedule a team of attendants and trainers.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
