Job description :
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth on Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
- Create and schedule captivating, on-brand content, including visuals, videos, captions, and stories, tailored to each platform's unique audience.
- Partner extensively with the creative team to align social media content and campaigns with online activation strategies and broader brand initiatives.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and provide insights and reports to optimize engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate a vibrant, positive community around Glow Better.
- Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and beauty/wellness industry shifts to keep content innovative and relevant.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality, cohesive campaign assets.
- Beauty enthusiast is a must
- Provide and reporting competitive insights and conduct social media listening on daily, weekly and monthly, Proven track record of creating engaging content and developing creative campaigns that drive audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Experienced in Social Media Analysis and tools Media management is a must
- Flexibility to monitor and engage with social media activity outside standard hours when necessary (e.g., responding to time-sensitive trends or comments).
- Experience producing short-form video content for platforms like TikTok and YouTube (e.g., Reels, Shorts).
Job requirements :
- Min. 3 years experience in Social Media Management, preferably for a beauty, FMCG or lifestyle brand.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Must have a work experience with a Beauty / Skincare Brand (Priority)
- Prefer to those who are Fluent in English
- Strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong excel skills for marketing operations and reporting
- Experience with social media scheduling and management tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Sprout Social).
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Able in Sunter (Jakarta Utara)
