We're seeking a highly organized, process-driven Creative Operations Manager who thrives on bringing clarity and order to the creative process. As a vital connector between clients and internal teams, you'll expertly manage workflows, resources, and communication to ensure every project is delivered with excellence, efficiency, and on schedule. What You'll Do:
Project & Workflow Management

  • Oversee and manage projects within our project management software, ensuring all tasks have
    clear ownership, timelines, and regular updates;
  • Maintain detailed project schedules and production milestones to keep everyone aligned;
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide clear ETAs and project progress reports;
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure the creative team has all the necessary assets (e.g., brand guidelines, files, content) to begin and complete a project.

Creative Resourcing & Vendor Management

  • Assess project needs and schedule internal creative resources to meet deadlines;
  • Manage and coordinate with external freelancers and agencies, providing clear briefs, scopes of work (SOW), and regular communication to ensure smooth collaboration;
  • Source, vet, and onboard new freelance talent and agencies to expand our creative capabilities;
  • Negotiate and submit contracts for approval.

Administrative & Financial Support

  • Manage and maintain the monthly client invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and transparency;
  • Process and submit invoices for ancillary services, such as software subscriptions.

What You'll Need:

  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: A meticulous approach to project management and a knack
    for creating efficient workflows;
  • Process-Oriented Mindset: The ability to develop, implement, and refine processes to improve
    efficiency;
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage
    expectations and align stakeholders;
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive and resourceful approach to overcoming challenges;
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., , Asana, Trello) is a plus.
