Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Master's degree in Engineering Management or Renewable Energy is an advantage.
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in project coordination or project management within hydropower, renewable energy, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven experience supporting multidisciplinary projects involving engineering design, procurement, and construction phases.
- Familiar with project management frameworks (PMBOK / PRINCE2 / EPC workflows).
- Understanding of hydropower project lifecycle, including feasibility, design, and construction stages.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
