Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
Master's degree in Engineering Management or Renewable Energy is an advantage.
Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in project coordination or project management within hydropower, renewable energy, or infrastructure sectors.
Proven experience supporting multidisciplinary projects involving engineering design, procurement, and construction phases.
Familiar with project management frameworks (PMBOK / PRINCE2 / EPC workflows).
Understanding of hydropower project lifecycle, including feasibility, design, and construction stages.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
