Job Description

  • Carry out all activities related to the data input, document administration of benefits and systems in order to create an accurate and organized administration
  • Administering, inputing, and processing the filling of all documents for new employees recruited, promoted, rotation and mutation
  • Manage personnel administration validation of employee data in HRIS
  • Checking and registration for BPJS membership and maintaining data movement employee insurance
  • Check and process Expense Requests for internal HRD payments
  • Checking and updating employee health claim reimbursement submission data

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from reputable university, preferably in economics/related field
  • Fresh graduate or max 2 years experience
  • Good reporting skills (excellent working with Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point)
  • Proficient in data entry and document filing with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of company compensation and benefits policies
