Job Description
- Carry out all activities related to the data input, document administration of benefits and systems in order to create an accurate and organized administration
- Administering, inputing, and processing the filling of all documents for new employees recruited, promoted, rotation and mutation
- Manage personnel administration validation of employee data in HRIS
- Checking and registration for BPJS membership and maintaining data movement employee insurance
- Check and process Expense Requests for internal HRD payments
- Checking and updating employee health claim reimbursement submission data
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from reputable university, preferably in economics/related field
- Fresh graduate or max 2 years experience
- Good reporting skills (excellent working with Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point)
- Proficient in data entry and document filing with attention to detail
- Knowledge of company compensation and benefits policies
