Responsibilities:
1. Translate and interpret emails, conversations, and meetings in Mandarin–Indonesian–English to ensure effective and seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
2. Perform data input and system updates, including the creation of material item codes and FG (Finished Goods) codes.
3. Collaborate with various departments such as Sales, R&D, QC, Production, and Warehouse to ensure all project requirements are fulfilled on time.
4. Monitor and follow up on ongoing projects to track progress and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise.
5. Update and maintain accurate data related to Finished Goods delivery and outstanding Purchase Orders (POs).
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably in Language, Communication, or Business Administration).
2. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian (both written and verbal).
3. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in translation, administration, or project coordination roles — fresh graduates with strong language skills are also welcome to apply.
4. Good understanding of business correspondence and basic administrative processes.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments.
8. Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn, especially in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
9. Able to work in a team and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
