We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Specialist to develop and manage our online presence. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to craft engaging content, build communities, and drive digital growth across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate key messages and project highlights
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
  • Manage content calendars and campaign timelines
  • Analyze insights and performance data to improve reach and engagement
  • Run and optimize paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, IG Boost, etc.)
  • Respond to comments, messages, and maintain community engagement
  • Propose innovative ideas and strategies to increase brand visibility
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong copywriting skills in English and/or Indonesian
  • Proficiency in using tools such as:
    • Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus)
    • Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or similar schedulers
    • Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, and basic ad management
  • Understanding of content strategy, reels/tiktok trends, and storytelling for digital engagement
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and consistency in branding
