Sekolah Bahasa is a fast-growing language-learning ecosystem, empowering learners with practical, community-driven, and outcome-focused programs. Our Sales team plays a crucial role in connecting with new learners and partners to grow our reach and impact.
The RoleWe're seeking ambitious and driven Sales Executives to expand our student base, build partnerships, and support branch revenue growth. This role is ideal for proactive communicators who are motivated by results, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment—with the added flexibility of managing their own schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Actively source new leads through cold calls, school visits, community events, and referrals.
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients—students, parents, individual learners, or professionals—to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Present Sekolah Bahasa's offerings through one-on-one meetings, group presentations, company briefings, or school/university fairs.
- Follow up consistently with leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain and update leads, pipeline, and conversion data in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns.
- Build and sustain relationships with schools, universities, companies, and community organizations to generate partnerships.
- Support branch events and open houses by assisting in preparation, promotion, and on-the-ground sales.
- Bachelor's degree in any major (fresh graduates with strong sales drive are welcome to apply).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition (preferably in the education sector).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to manage and update leads using CRM or Google Sheets effectively.
- Confidence in delivering presentations to individuals and groups.
- High energy, self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in handling rejection.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends during promotional events if required.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude in representing Sekolah Bahasa.
