Qualification:
- Age 25-38 years old
- Experience 2-3 years in relevant position
- Fluent in English, both verbal & written, and Mandarin is a Plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Access
- have analytical reasoning skills, problem solving, and understand various measurement methodologies (Microsoft Access)
- Able to handle pressure and teamwork when required
- Able to perform independently when required

Responsibilities:
- Operation information collection, analysis, and advice
- Create data analysis manual to Microsoft Access
- Data analysis and recommendations
- Onsite process-cycle time measurement,
- Calculate and analyze HPV
- Manage and attend bi-weekly meeting when required
- Manage KPI and Job Distribution when required
- able to create comprehensive reports and dashboards
