Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new customers in target industries across Indonesia.
  • Develop distribution channels and strengthen relationships with existing accounts.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to guide sales strategy.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, manage contracts, and oversee the full sales cycle.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with headquarters and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Report sales results, forecasts, and market trends regularly to management.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum
    7 years of experience in Sales
    functions.
  • At least
    2 years of experience in managerial level
    roles.
  • Minimum
    3 years' experience in polyurethane raw material
    sales.
  • Fluent
    English
    (must) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage work pressures and deadlines.
