Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new customers in target industries across Indonesia.
- Develop distribution channels and strengthen relationships with existing accounts.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to guide sales strategy.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Negotiate pricing, manage contracts, and oversee the full sales cycle.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with headquarters and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Report sales results, forecasts, and market trends regularly to management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum
7 years of experience in Sales
functions. - At least
2 years of experience in managerial level
roles. - Minimum
3 years' experience in polyurethane raw material
sales. - Fluent
English
(must) with strong verbal and written communication skills. - Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage work pressures and deadlines.
