Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing technical drawings, reports, and specifications submitted by contractors/consultants.
- Conduct feasibility analysis and due diligence on proposed technical solutions.
- Identify and assess technical risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Prepare technical reports, issue recommendations, presentation materials, and technical considerations for PMO and/or Head of Port & Infrastructure.
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and progress meetings.
- Support tendering processes, including technical review and comparison sheets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent work experience in engineering and/or construction).
- 3–5 years of experience in analysis, calculation, design, or drafting of the technical aspects of MEP in port and/or infrastructure projects.
- Understanding technical specifications and drawing, construction methodology, and relevant standards (e.g., SNI, API, ASTM, IEC) in port and/or infrastructure.
- Proficiency in CAD and technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, AutoPipe, ANSYS, Tekla, SketchUp) is preferable.
- Prior exposure to EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects or maritime infrastructure, specifically in ME,P is a plus.
- Willing to travel to Merauke or survey site or the contractor workshop for site visit or survey activity or FAT (if required)
