Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in water infrastructure, utilities or pipeline projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of water supply system, water distribution management & systems.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders.
- Willing to be assigned to any project location as needed.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Develops strategic plans, objectives, and performance targets for the production division on a periodic basis, in alignment with the company's policies and overall goals.
- Develops, communicates, and directs operational strategies to all subordinate teams to ensure that production activities are carried out in accordance with established targets.
- Monitors and evaluates all production operations to ensure compliance with standards, performance targets, and company policies.
- Evaluates, approves, and controls the planning and utilization of investment (CAPEX) and operational (OPEX) budgets to ensure activities are conducted effectively, efficiently, and in line with financial plans.
- Takes corrective actions and assigns responsibilities to the team to address and improve any deviations from performance targets.
- Prepares and provides comprehensive divisional operational information to the Board of Directors as input for corporate decision-making.
