Responsibilities:

Under the leadership of the Chief Technical Officer, support company's network installation and operation.
Familiar with HUB system, Newtech, HUGHES system highly Prefered, BOSS system, customer management system.
Provide necessary support for VSAT engineering to design customer network.

Requirements:

Working experience in ISP is highly preferred
Familiar with Indonesia local network resource is highly preferred
Minimum 5 years solid experience in configuration, operation and maintenance duties relating to network troubleshooting, implementation and co-ordination
Hands on experience in Cisco Router and Switch technologies
Professional certificates in CCNA or CCNP is preferred
Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks with ease
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
On-site support / Standby duty may be required
Good command of written and spoken English
