Position:
QC Supervisor
Job Description:
As a QC Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet quality standards through effective inspection, monitoring, and process control. You will lead and develop the QC team, implement quality improvement initiatives, and coordinate with production to maintain excellence in every step of the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily quality control operations in production lines.
- Develop and implement quality inspection procedures and standards.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Lead problem-solving activities for quality issues.
- Train and guide QC staff to enhance technical and analytical skills.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and other departments to improve quality performance.
- Prepare quality reports and recommend improvements for continuous development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in manufacturing (home appliances or electronics industry is an advantage).
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Good understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).
- Familiar with statistical tools and root cause analysis (e.g., 7 QC tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
