Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Waiter at Grand Whiz Hotel Praxis Surabaya. The Waiter will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Additional responsibilities include setting up dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service and excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
  • Basic Latte skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
