Position Title: Logistics Administrator
Department: Operations
Reports To: Senior Business Manager
The Logistics Administrator (6 Months Contract) plays a key role in supporting the operational and marketing functions of the company. This position is responsible for handling day-to-day logistics tasks including the picking and preparation of product samples, organizing materials for workshops, packing marketing collaterals, and arranging courier services to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare product samples for clients, workshops, and training sessions.
- Ensure products are accurately labeled, well-packed, and meet company quality standards.
- Prepare and organize products and materials required for workshops, training, and marketing events.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure all items are delivered on time.
- Pack and distribute marketing collaterals, brochures, and promotional items.
- Maintain proper stock levels of marketing materials and update inventory records.
- Arrange courier services for timely delivery of samples, products, and marketing materials.
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues with courier partners.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records for samples and marketing materials.
- Support basic stock checks and replenishment when needed.
Key Requirements
- Diploma / Certificate in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in logistics, warehouse, or administrative support (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Based in office environment with occasional need to support external workshops/events.
- May require some light lifting of marketing materials.
