Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.
  • Configure and implement Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Invoicing, Manufacturing, HR, etc.).
  • Provide functional support and guidance during project implementation.
  • Conduct user training and prepare project documentation.
  • Work with technical teams to customize features when necessary.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support post-implementation issues and continuous improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in ERP implementation (Odoo experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of business processes (sales, supply chain, finance, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken).
  • Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience with Odoo or other ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, or technical background is a plus.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).
