Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.
- Configure and implement Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Invoicing, Manufacturing, HR, etc.).
- Provide functional support and guidance during project implementation.
- Conduct user training and prepare project documentation.
- Work with technical teams to customize features when necessary.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support post-implementation issues and continuous improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in ERP implementation (Odoo experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of business processes (sales, supply chain, finance, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken).
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
- Previous experience with Odoo or other ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, or technical background is a plus.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).
