- Assist with the full employee lifecycle, from inputting new hire personal data to offboarding processes.
- Enter and update employee data accurately in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Support the management of employee attendance, leave requests, and benefits administration.
- Assist in maintaining and filing employee documentation and records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as Internal Memo, Surat Keterangan , etc.
Provide support by answering basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications: All final year students major without offline classes or only thesis, majoring in Management or Business Administration will be advantage
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Proficient in using Ms. Word, Ms. Excel & Presentation Tools
- Interest and passionate about Administration, Personalia, Compensation & Benefit
- Able to work on-site (Mon-Fri; 8am - 5pm) at the Tribun Network Head Office in Palmerah, Central Jakarta
- Available for a paid internship period of 6 months
