Work Responsibilities:
- Campaign Analysis: Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
- ROI Optimization: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements. Utilize test results to inform campaign optimization.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and key metrics to stakeholders. Identify and communicate key insights from the data.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for differentiation.
- Keyword and Audience Research: Perform keyword research and audience analysis to inform ad targeting and content strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and development to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and achieve campaign objectives.
- Able to keep Advisory Analytics Consultant Coordinator updated with current project progress.
- Able to draft email correspondence to clients as per internal technical / advisory requirements, and in turn provide updates to our internal team on the requirements.
- Able to organize and service meetings (understand the context during the meeting and summarize the meeting results and/or necessary next steps well).
- Able to coordinate schedules between internal team and client.
- Able to collaborate with other team members or other division well.
- Able to manage client requests and/or issues (replicate, validate and confirm the issues) Product Knowledge (Google products: Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Digital Marketing etc).
- Preferred to have background knowledge on Google products and/or able to grasp and learn new concepts quickly and in depth.
- Preferred to have experience with digital marketing fields.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or a related role.
- Experience in the tech, consulting, e-commerce, or financial services industry is highly valued.
- Experience collaborating with performance marketing or growth marketing teams is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Skilled in analytical tools such as Python, R, or advanced Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling).
- Familiar with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of product metrics like conversion rate, retention, churn, LTV, CAC, and ROI.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Experience analyzing and optimizing marketing campaign performance using data.
- Knowledge of channel attribution models, marketing effectiveness measurement, and budget optimization based on data insights.
- Comfortable working closely with marketing teams to align performance initiatives with product goals.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Product-oriented mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
