What you'll be doing

  • Manage and lead a team of talented restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximise profitability
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement and development
  • Analyse sales data and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  • Liaise with the Head Office team to align on brand standards and strategic initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in a restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
