Job Description
- Ensure the implementation of food safety and hygiene standards across all production areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of production areas and supporting facilities.
- Provide training and socialization on hygiene and food safety to employees.
- Follow up on audit or inspection findings with corrective actions.
- Ensure that food safety documents and records comply with regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Biology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in food safety, QA/QC, or hygiene management.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards.
- Skilled in auditing and on-site inspection.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and firm in enforcing standards.
