Job Description

  • Ensure the implementation of food safety and hygiene standards across all production areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections of production areas and supporting facilities.
  • Provide training and socialization on hygiene and food safety to employees.
  • Follow up on audit or inspection findings with corrective actions.
  • Ensure that food safety documents and records comply with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Biology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in food safety, QA/QC, or hygiene management.
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards.
  • Skilled in auditing and on-site inspection.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and firm in enforcing standards.
