REQUIREMENT
* Min. 2 years experience as Marketing Manager or 5+ years experience as
Marketing staff.
* Proven hands-on experience in Digital Ads, KOL/ Affiliate Marketing, and Content Strategy Planning.
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical & reporting skills.
* Up-to-date knowledge of socmed trends, audience behavior, and emerging channels.
* Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
* Highly adaptable, goal-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies: awareness, acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
* Oversee and guide the marketing team in planning, approving, revising, and finalizing content for both organic content and influencer partnerships.
* Lead and scale KOL/influencer/affiliate marketing programs, including selection, negotiation, and performance tracking.
* Lead the execution and performance tracking of paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Shopee, and additional growth channels.
* Monitor KPIs and deliver performance reports regularly.
* Manage the execution of Customer Relationship Management.
Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns, improve ROl, and inform future strategies.
