Sales Support Officer

The Sales Support Officer plays a key role in supporting our sales operations across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, while also contributing to marketing initiatives. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities
  • Support Country Sales Managers (CSMs) during sales meetings, including taking notes and tracking action items.
  • Assist CSMs in managing quotations, purchase orders (PO), pro forma invoices (PI), and customer payments.
  • Coordinate with CSMs and Field Sales Engineers (FSEs) to follow up on payments and assist in billing processes.
  • Manage and support trade shows and seminar activities in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, including coordination with channel partners and vendors.
  • Prepare detailed reports for each trade show and seminar, and coordinate with CSMs to follow up on prospective customers.
  • Submit regular reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Travel to customer sites and attend field activities when required.
Requirements
  • Solid understanding and experience in sales operations and activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 70%), including to rural areas and overseas.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
