Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage all Human Resources and Personnel processes, including Company Regulation, Recruitment, Administration, Training & Development, and ensure its compliance with regulation
  • Manage all Industrial Relation activity including maintain good relation with labor union and related government office. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
  • Work with management to ensure that company activity and human resources strategic goals are consistent with legal compliance

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Manager or IR Manager
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Strong Knowledge in labor regulation
  • Strong Leadership, good judgment, good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using common office software packages such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Resume should be in English
