Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Field EXIM Staff to coordinate and manage export and import operations — ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and full compliance with international trade regulations. This position also involves field inspections to maintain quality and operational standards throughout the shipping process.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage export and import activities from order placement to final delivery.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain all shipping, customs, and export–import documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.).
  • Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities to ensure smooth customs clearance.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, tracking, and delivery status to ensure on-time arrivals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct field inspections to verify product quality, packaging, labeling, and loading/unloading conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all export–import transactions and prepare periodic reports.
  • Resolve issues related to shipment delays, damages, or documentation discrepancies.
  • Support the logistics and supply chain team in optimizing shipping routes, costs, and overall process efficiency.
  • Stay updated with changes in international trade regulations, tariffs, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in export–import or logistics operations (preferably in a manufacturing or trading company).
  • Strong understanding of export–import procedures, customs clearance, and shipping documentation.
  • Familiar with HS codes, INCO terms, and international trade compliance.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills for coordination with external partners.
  • Attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and hands-on field experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and shipment tracking systems.
  • Able to work independently and willing to travel for field inspections.
