Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a senior or coordinator role.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) – able to communicate directly with clients or candidates from China/Taiwan and read documents in Mandarin.
  • Familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
  • Experienced in handling various position levels (from staff to managerial/executive search).
  • Possesses leadership skills, team coordination abilities, and mentoring capability for junior team members.
  • Able to manage and maintain strong relationships with both corporate clients and candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Skilled in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Kalibrr, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Knowledgeable about labor market trends, especially regarding bilingual Mandarin-Indonesian talent.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in the fast-paced environment of a headhunting firm.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute the recruitment process from sourcing to candidate placement, especially for roles requiring Mandarin proficiency.
  • Lead and coach the recruitment team to meet hiring targets in line with defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Communicate directly with clients (including Mandarin-speaking clients) to understand job requirements and provide the best recruitment solutions.
  • Develop effective candidate sourcing strategies, including building a talent pool for strategic positions.
  • Conduct screening and interviews for middle to senior-level candidates, including executive search when necessary.
  • Review and approve candidate shortlists before submission to clients.
  • Coordinate with other teams (account management/client services) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on recruitment status, candidate pipeline, and team performance.
  • Participate in internal team training, including skills development in sourcing, interviewing, and client handling.
  • Maintain candidate data confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics throughout the recruitment process.
