Key Responsibilities
1. Product Positioning & Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Define and communicate the unique value proposition of the platform for enterprise clients.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new features, services, and subscription packages.
- Create product messaging, positioning, and campaigns tailored to HR, recruitment, and employer branding stakeholders.
2. Market Intelligence & Research
- Conduct continuous research on recruitment and employer branding trends, client needs, and competitor offerings.
- Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for product and commercial teams.
- Identify opportunities for growth in both BUMN and private sector markets.
3. Campaign & Content Development
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, partnerships) to generate demand and increase adoption.
- Create impactful sales enablement materials, pitch decks, case studies, and client success stories.
- Represent the platform at industry events, job fairs, and professional forums.
4. Sales & Customer Enablement
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to support proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations.
- Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all client touchpoints.
- Develop tailored playbooks and materials to support long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
5. Performance & Growth Management
- Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, client acquisition, and revenue contribution from marketing activities.
- Provide reports and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Drive alignment between product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure delivery of business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in
B2B product marketing
, preferably in
HR tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions
. - Proven track record in developing go-to-market strategies and driving adoption in enterprise segments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, employer branding, and talent acquisition business models.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex solutions into clear, client-centric messaging.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in CRM, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability, capable of managing end-to-end product marketing initiatives.
