Key Responsibilities

1. Product Positioning & Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Define and communicate the unique value proposition of the platform for enterprise clients.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new features, services, and subscription packages.
  • Create product messaging, positioning, and campaigns tailored to HR, recruitment, and employer branding stakeholders.

2. Market Intelligence & Research

  • Conduct continuous research on recruitment and employer branding trends, client needs, and competitor offerings.
  • Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for product and commercial teams.
  • Identify opportunities for growth in both BUMN and private sector markets.

3. Campaign & Content Development

  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, partnerships) to generate demand and increase adoption.
  • Create impactful sales enablement materials, pitch decks, case studies, and client success stories.
  • Represent the platform at industry events, job fairs, and professional forums.

4. Sales & Customer Enablement

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to support proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all client touchpoints.
  • Develop tailored playbooks and materials to support long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

5. Performance & Growth Management

  • Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, client acquisition, and revenue contribution from marketing activities.
  • Provide reports and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Drive alignment between product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure delivery of business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in
    B2B product marketing
    , preferably in
    HR tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions
    .
  • Proven track record in developing go-to-market strategies and driving adoption in enterprise segments.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, employer branding, and talent acquisition business models.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex solutions into clear, client-centric messaging.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability, capable of managing end-to-end product marketing initiatives.
