Key Responsibilities:
- Review purchase requests and project material take-offs to identify procurement needs.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure accuracy of quantities, specifications, and delivery dates.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site managers, and warehouse teams regarding material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any order discrepancies or quality issues.
- Maintain an updated database of suppliers, price lists, and material specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with different project teams.
