Key Responsibilities:

  • Review purchase requests and project material take-offs to identify procurement needs.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure accuracy of quantities, specifications, and delivery dates.
  • Coordinate with project engineers, site managers, and warehouse teams regarding material requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any order discrepancies or quality issues.
  • Maintain an updated database of suppliers, price lists, and material specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent communication, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with different project teams.
