- Manage, maintain, and optimize cloud-based infrastructure, particularly on AWS (Amazon Web Services).
- Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation to automate provisioning and resource management.
- Create, enhance, and maintain automation scripts using programming languages such as Python and Shell scripting to support operational efficiency.
- Administer and troubleshoot operating systems, including Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Manage version control systems such as Git, GitHub, and Subversion to support code repository management and team collaboration.
- Support the service delivery lifecycle, particularly in the area of IT Infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Handle incidents and problems by applying Incident Management and Problem Management frameworks, including conducting root cause analysis and recommending preventive measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, Network, and Development) to ensure system availability, reliability, and performance.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related/relevant fields.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
- Good understanding and skill set regarding cloud technologies, such as AWS (Amazon Web Services).
- Good understanding and skill set in programming laguages, such as Python and Shell scripting
- Good understanding and skill set regarding Operating Systems (OS), for example: Linux and Windows Server
- Good understanding and skill set regarding version control systems, such ad Git, GitHub, and Subversion
