You Will Own

  • Program delivery: Scope → timeline → KPIs for cross-functional projects (e.g., launch playbooks for new brands, inbound QC revamp, returns reduction, SLA upgrades).
  • Process & IT: Map "as-is/to-be," standardize SOPs, and improve ERP/inventory flows (SKU creation, GRN, stock sync, pick/pack/ship, RTV).
  • Marketplace ops & compliance: Guardrails for Shopee/Tokopedia/TikTok (policy updates, penalty prevention, data checks). Indonesia's rules keep changing—your playbooks keep us safe.
  • Data & accounting touchpoints: Weekly P&L snapshots per brand (GMV, take-rate/fees, logistics, marketing, returns), margin bridges, accruals hygiene with Finance.
  • Automation: Templates, dashboards, and scripts that cut manual work across brands (briefing, listing, pricing, promo calendars).

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in ecommerce/ops excellence/business process/consulting; comfort with ERP/inventory tools and Seller Centers.
  • Working knowledge of accounting flows (COGS, accruals, AR/AP basics) and how they show up in marketplace P&Ls.
  • Strong project management; can translate strategy into SOPs, trackers, and on-time delivery.
  • Plus: experience with live-commerce operations and marketplace campaign mechanics.
  • Seller Center mastery (listing, promos, policy/penalty handling) and creator/campaign coordination.
