Role Overview

This role encompasses new client onboarding by researching needs, creating solutions, and leading negotiations. It also involves maintaining key client relationships, ensuring project receivables control.

Job Description

1.
Assist in onboarding new clients

Conduct research on new client needs, design operational solutions, and lead business negotiations throughout the process. Design product solutions, system integration solutions, fulfillment solutions, after-sales solutions, and settlement solutions to meet client procurement needs.

2.
Maintain key client relationships

Assist clients in improving service efficiency, including sourcing efficiency, supply chain efficiency, and after-sales service efficiency. Increase sales volume and service satisfaction for existing clients.

3.
Ensure controllable receivables for projects

Design rational and scientific settlement plans for clients with different credit terms to meet their supply chain finance needs. Solve problems encountered by clients in acceptance, warehousing, reconciliation, and invoicing processes. Enhance client settlement efficiency, reduce overdue rates, and control accounts receivable risks.

Qualifications

  • Minimal 5 years experience in industrial or general merchandise operations.

2.Experience in managing large clients (annual business output exceeding 10 million, or with operating revenue above 2 billion ), able to independently handle the entire project settlement process, including post-sales follow-up, billing, invoicing, settlement, and reconciliation.

3.Ability to identify clients' procurement pain points and propose comprehensive operational solutions in line with Jingdong Industrials' current situation.

4.Ability to collaborate with various departments to solve unexpected problems and meet demands.

5.Thorough understanding of Jingdong Industrials' business model and alignment with JD Group's culture and values.
