We are seeking a highly skilled
Interior Designer
KGG is seeking an Interior Designer with a strong sense of aesthetics and a passion for high-end luxury living—the core identity of our company. This role is involved end-to-end in creating elegant, functional, and character-driven spaces, from concept development to on-site implementation. The position blends creativity, technical accuracy, and the ability to understand the needs of premium-level clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Conceptualization
- Develop interior design concepts based on client briefs and project requirements.
- Create mood boards, color schemes, and material references.
- Present design ideas through compelling visual presentations.
Design Development
- Prepare furniture layouts and detailed 2D drawings.
- Produce high-quality 3D visualizations (renderings) to help clients understand the design concept.
- Determine appropriate materials, color palettes, and finishes aligned with the design direction.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with architects, drafters, project managers, and vendors to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Maintain active communication with clients regarding revisions, feedback, and design approvals.
Technical Documentation
- Prepare material specifications and item lists for procurement needs.
Project Supervision
- Conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with the approved design.
- Provide design solutions when technical challenges arise on-site.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, spatial composition, and functional design.
- Experience in High-End / Luxury House projects is highly preferred.
- Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and skilled in visual presentation.
- Able to work independently or collaboratively, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
