Job Description:
- Maintain and update personnel records and HR databases in HRIS
- Support payroll and benefits administration including exit interview and exit clearance report
- Register employee data for BPJS Health
- Coordinate directly with the BPJS Health department for matters related to BPJS Health registration
- Monitor and report attendance, leaves, and assist in payroll preparation
- Coordinate performance review documentation and employee evaluation cycles (including contract & performance appraisal)
- Handle employee Medical Check Up
- Create Turnover report
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with GPA minimum 3.00
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR support or HR administrative role
- Familiarity with Indonesia labor laws and HR compliance standards
- Computer literate and with proficient knowledge in Ms. Office (especially Ms Excel)
- Comfortable with HRIS and payroll software tools
- Strong communication skills, detail, persistence, well organized and able to work well with operation teams and under pressure
