Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, particularly in IT, automation, and network infrastructure.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions using tools like Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, or other automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of DevOps concepts and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Experience in designing and managing enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and other networking technologies.
  • Deep knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, network security, and network monitoring systems.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders (clients, technical teams, management).
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability to quickly learn new technologies and project requirements.

Task
:

  • Plan projects and ensure effective and efficient project execution.
  • Develop project plans covering scope, timeline, budget (RAB), and activities to be executed.
  • Plan and identify risks to ensure projects run according to plan, and develop mitigation measures.
  • Allocate human resources, equipment, and project tools to ensure delivery is within defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with required quality.
  • Understand and manage all relevant project information.
  • Manage communication, expectations, and conflict resolution with all stakeholders involved.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation neatly and in compliance with company regulations.
  • Continuously improve the company's project execution cycle.
  • Provide routine progress reports and final project reports upon project completion.
  • Provide status reports and drive continuous improvements.
