Role Description
This is a contract role for a Human Capital Staff position located on-site in Gunung Putri. The Human Capital Staff will be responsible for day-to-day human resources tasks including selection and interview candidate, training needs analysis, training evaluation, and overseeing personnel management. The role involves coordination with various departments to ensure compliance with HR management practices and policies.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
- Experience in selection, screening and interview candidate, training needs analysis, training implementation and evaluation
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in Human Resources (BNSP) or related fields are beneficial
