Digital Marketing Supervisor

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Supervisor who can plan, execute, and optimize our digital presence to drive brand awareness, engagement, and qualified leads. You will lead end-to-end digital activities (content, social, website, email, SEO, paid, PR), manage external partners, and support sales through high-quality marketing execution.

This role reports to the Marketing Head and works closely with internal stakeholders as well as selected external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop monthly digital content plans and calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.

  • Plan website articles (news, blogs) and email automation campaigns, including topics, messaging, and timing.
  • Align campaign direction, budget usage, and priorities with the Marketing Head.
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives (online and offline) with clear KPIs and timelines.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and digital platforms to propose new growth opportunities.

  • Content & Channel Execution

  • Publish social media content regularly across all platforms (visuals prepared with Graphic Designer, copy prepared with Marketing Communication).

  • Post website articles (upload visuals, prepare/write captions, optimize for SEO).
  • Prepare and schedule email marketing / marketing automation campaigns (content setup, send-out timing, audience targeting).
  • Coordinate public relations activities (press release, media coverage, advertorials), including agency/vendor pitching and reporting.
  • Support internal communications such as internal newsletter.

  • Performance & SEO

  • Monitor, analyze, and report the performance of social media, website, email, and digital campaigns.

  • Track and circulate lead generation performance (volume, quality, cost).
  • Manage SEO initiatives: improve search ranking, optimize content, authority score and ensure consistency of messaging.
  • Produce monthly digital performance reports for management: traffic, engagement, leads, conversion indicators.

  • Digital Assets & Tools Ownership

  • Act as PIC for our related external vendors and as Admin for our digital tools/application.

  • Research and approach influencers / KOLs aligned with our brand positioning.
  • Coordinate production needs (video shoots, photography, creative assets, billboards, brochures, merchandise, etc.).

  • Campaign & Activation Support

  • Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, on-ground activation, events, community, internal/external programs).

  • Coordinate internal and external events to ensure branding, messaging, and materials are delivered correctly and on time.

  • Commercial / Sales Enablement

  • Support Sales with marketing materials and communication assets that help explain SECOM's services (alarm systems, security solutions, etc.).

  • Assist with sales administration needs related to marketing activities (basic documentation, reporting, quotation support for certain services such as security guards).
  • Help manage and organize incoming leads in coordination with internal systems.

  • Growth in qualified inbound leads and improved visibility in search.
  • Clear, timely performance reports delivered to management.
  • Smooth coordination between Marketing, Sales, and key stakeholders.
  • Professional handling of marketing tools (chatbot, automation, vendors) end-to-end.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing, social media management, campaign execution, or performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of content planning, channel management, and brand voice.
  • Practical experience with:

o Basic CMS

o Email marketing / marketing automation tools

o Basic SEO / analytics

  • Comfortable managing external vendors, KOLs, and media partners.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills.
  • Able to work both strategic (planning) and operational (execution).
  • Experience in B2B or service-based marketing is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Experience in security, technology, property, or facility services is a plus (not mandatory).
